We booked a king, dropped our luggage off. Went to concert, realized we had two queens. Contacted hotel and was informed over booking or reservation issues and that’s all they had. But, I explained it allowed me to book. Must of been after us. Needless to say, we weren’t happy.

Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
Casino was outdated and doing upgrades . Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly. Not a lot of choices for food in casino.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
The room was out dated. One of beds in our room had a tread bare comforter, they ran out comforters so we had a bed without a decent bedding. No one removed towels or vacuumed for four days. I will definitely never stay here again.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shreveport Airport
The property was easily accessible off I-20. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and up to date. The beds were great and the AC was whisper quiet. We had a great stay at the LaQuinta - Airport in Shreveport.

Great staff and an amazing room. Breakfast was nice and the waffle maker is a great addition.
