The rooms were a bit outdated, the water pressure was low, THE CASINO BAR HOST WAS GREAT! And parking was a bit challenging, only because there was NO VALET.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
Check in was long …it took about 45 minutes . Checked in around 9pm and there were no towels ready …However all staff was very polite and professional …towels came in about 20 minutes…room was very clean, bed was comfy . Didn’t make it on to the casino this time but I will be back again ! Took off ...

The stay here was great. From the time we walked in the staff greeted us and was super helpful about the check in and out process. The room was clean and cozy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place.

Clarion Pointe
Breakfast menu was small but food was hot and fresh, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking at night was a little crazy but that’s expected since it’s right by the airport. Food places not that far.
