The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast delicious
I would only suggest that marmalade is included in the selection of jams at breakfast (a minor detail)

Lovely hotel in a great location with fantastic sea views. The welcome and attention by the staff was excellent.
The only disappointment was that the hotel bill at the end of the stay was much less than what we had already paid to Expedia.

Nothing is too much trouble all the food we had was 5star it’s a characterful hotel with the service &cleanliness ….we had a room on floor 1 during recent hot days very warm but bearable! Nothing is too much trouble in this hotel we will be returning Thankyou ❤️❤️

Hotel in great location - refurbished - great beds with very luxurious linen. Staff very attentive. Only down side was the refurbishment was very old fashioned. If this was more contemporary we may have stayed to eat and drink. It was far too fussy

Every member of Hotel Riviera staff were extremely efficient, attentive and polite at all times. The dining room served good quality, delicious meals at a reasonable £30 for a 3 course meal. Nothing was too much trouble. Eating and drinking on the terrace was very pleasant but expensive. The seating areas and dining room are air conditioned which makes it very comfortable. A very pleasant stay.
