“Our room was perfect for our stay as we wanted twin bed room and had everything needed for our over night stay.
We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely.
The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth. Thank you ”

My only, minor, observation is the lack of usb/apple sockets. Easily corrected by replacing existing 3-pin with multi sockets, and so helpful in this increasingly device-dependent world.”
