โLiz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). โOne of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Itโs a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I havenโt mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didnโt use them this time! I canโt remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to...

Was only a 1 night stay to meet some friends, however I became ill overnight and felt really unwell in the morning and couldnโt stomach breakfast but they gave me water and offered anything they could to make me feel better. The staff were really kind and helpful and made sure I was ok before checking out. โThe room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon. โ

โThe property was ideally suited for the Railway station and bus services plus a handy Wetherspoons just down the road the room I was in was road facing but not a problem it was nice and compact and a very comfortable bed, the full English breakfast I had was delicious plus facilities the hosts were lovely canโt fault anything I would definitely stay here again. ๐โ

We contacted reception the next morning and they were very considerate and we were offered an alternative room that was more acceptable. The location, food and the staff were excellent. We hope to return.โ
โWe stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . โ
โWir waren als รคlteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schรถnes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frรผhstรผck war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmรถglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuร gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir kรถnnen die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. โ
