“I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.”

It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. “The flat is well presented, nicely furnished and clean. The view from the terrace is lovely and it was a pleasure to sit out. It’s well located for the beach and a parking space is a real plus. However, there are a few things I wish we’d known in advance: 1) it is a very busy street! There’s drunk shouting all evening and the pubs next door can be very loud. 2) the flat is above a Chinese restaurant, which isn’t a problem but the vent from the kitchen fan runs through the lounge of the flat and...
