"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"What a beautiful house and in such a beautiful estate. The welcome bag was also top notch! The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. The only thing we found was that none of the shaver sockets worked to charge our toothbrushes- but a £4 adapter fixed that, and the pillows weren’t great - I’d normally bring my own but didn’t on this occasion. Lovely walks around the estate and close to Lyme Regis. Very peaceful. "

"The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered."

"We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. "I had such a lovely stay at The Exmouth Beach Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and absolutely lovely. My room was spotless and the shower room clean. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. The variety of food was incredible. This hotel is a little gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A special thank you to the brilliant staff. Thank you 😊"
