“Great hosts, lovely room and fab breakfast”

“The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. “Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun.”

“I stayed for a few days in a 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. It was on the top floor and the stairways leading to it were a bit ropey, but when I got inside I was pleasantly surprised! The apartment was dated but amazingly spacious and clean with everything I needed and more. It had a very handy kitchen area, a dining and sitting area, along with a spacious bedroom with an en-suite and a further bathroom. The view of the sea was amazing. Hosts were so helpful, I struggled with the heat so they ensured our room was kept cool and gave me a beach brolly to use. The location was good, not too near centre but an easy 20 minute walk to the seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were fab, will definitely be returning.”
