“I have stayed here for multiple years in a row and always raved about the place to friends. However this year I am not sure if they are under new management or what but the staff and service are HORRIBLE. On check in I did arrive early and spoke with them and they said it’ll be a bit. I just happen to walk by the new unit I’m renting so I can see location and still at 2:30 pm not a single car or person was there even cleaning it. We had to wait till 4pm to check in. “The place was beyond of our expectations. Everything is clean and well maintained. The housekeepers were very helpful. For sure we are going to repeat it again.”

“I appreciated the shuttle that took me down to Siesta Key and back. That was a nice perk I didn’t know about. The room was clean and comfortable. It seemed newly renovated. It was very convenient to where I had to go to. Plenty of parking. I was traveling alone and I felt safe there.”
