"So i made a humanly mistake and booked for the wrong night. They could offer ANY thing literally any thing for me to stay there but nothing. Poor management. Bartender Mike was nice. There is a ongoing instuction site next to the building and some of the rooms dont have window. For this price you expect a window:D "

"The room was excellent in all aspects.We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday. Our only problem was not being able to turn off the AC in our room. My mother was sadly taken ill on the 25th & was admitted to Sarasota Memorial for 36 hrs. I informed reception evening of 25th that our room would be empty that night. I was v disappointed that on our return no one showed any interest in my mother’s welfare. We also checked out of the hotel one day earlier than planned. "
