“The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”

“This resort was nice. It's definitely more of an updated motel than a "resort" but that's what we were expecting from the pictures. It is an absolute must that you stay on the pool side if you have children because of the noise from the restaurant on that side. The pool was really nice and very warm and the hot tub was a great addition! I didn't love the fact you don't automatically get new sheets and towels everyday but other than that we had a great time . The location was perfect! ”

“The bathroom door got stuck and wont close or open as soon as I entered the room. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed, even after that the door wouldn't close properly and my kid had a hard time closing it for the reminder of the vacation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel with the amenities, there is no exhaust in the bath and the pipes are flimsy, the towel holder broke, not enough lighting in the room, checked another room and there was an extra tall table lamp which wasn't there for whatever...
