Location is excellent in the heart of Chinatown and a short walk from a few MRT stations. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice budget hotel in a great location, walking distance to Chinatown and Marina Bay areas. If you plan to not stay in the room at all, use it just to shower and sleep, this is a good option. Otherwise, find a something else.

Absolutely amazing location! Public transport was near to every direction and all must see places in a walking distance. Room was small but had everything you’d need.

Charming hotel with an attentive and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room—it was more spacious than I anticipated. Don’t be swayed by any negative reviews; this hotel is an excellent choice for couples and solo travelers seeking a clean, safe place to stay. While the area is vibrant and bustling, which adds to its appeal, it might not be ideal for those who prefer a completely quiet environment.

Decent place, but pretty cramped

Only a bed, sink, bathroom, but decent comfort. Didn't like that the corridor that led into the rooms had windows that were opened and you could hear the street, but it was not a deal-breaker. Excellent service, polite staff. You can check-in early if you pay. Near the subway and Chinatown attractions.

Good location and cheap, downside to value was staff that were not attentive and don’t acknowledge when you’re waiting, firstly when checking in a lady just didn’t bother to acknowledge and then the lady was asleep at the desk and I had to wake her when I tried to check out. Thankfully only stayed 1 night.

Loud Elevator bang that vibrates to the adjacent rooms. The fire alarm was going off none stop on my first nite. Hole in the ceiling with water dripping down.

Not happy with the service

The hotel is okey. Area is also very central. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom has a very inconvinient plan so the floor get flooded making the bathroom difficult to use after shower. I had a night flight and checked out of the hotel at 10 p.m. I had dinner in the quay when i recieved a message that my flight was delayed with 5 hours leaving at 5.30. I went back and requested to reenter the room. Then I was told by the girl in the reception that my room were given to someone else. The issue is that my keys were in the box facing downwards. Meaning there is no way they could know that it was my room that was checked out. One thing is policies about no recheck in (despite 1 hours), but obvious lies are bad service.

Accommodation reflects price- very comfortable bed, hot shower and great location. There is no window, no separate bathroom, no fridge, the lighting is terrible so very dark and very thin walls.
