"You have to pay to park, ($11) night. Couldn't hook up to the wifi unless you filled out a bunch of paperwork. I think you have to be a Hilton member for free WiFi, but I could be wrong. Won't be staying there again. "

"The lobby has a clean, modern, open and spacious floor plan. The parking at this location however is NOT free so be prepared to pay for parking of $14 per day in addition to the amount you are paying for your stay. Also, the facility will require a card at the time of check in to hold a $50 deposit for any incidentals at the time of check out. This amount is refunded after check out. This is pretty standard procedure for any hotel in this day and age. The room itself was clean and presentable. However there were a few small spots/stains on the sofa cushions of the pull out couch. "

"The hotel lobby and common area is being remodeled which, while WAY overdue, was impossibly noisy and in total disarray. The room itself was no better than “tired.” We have stayed in Hampton Inns in many occasions around the country and if this had been our first experience we would be telling others to give these properties a WIDE berth. The shuttle driver was exceptional, friendly and professional but who knew this was not a dedicated shuttle but one that stopped at several other hotels - again, not disclosed by the front desk staff which could have adversely impacted our timing for airport arrival. I fortunately aimed 45 minutes early by sheer luck. This property needs SERIOUS management oversight and intervention. Sorry. "

"Staff was very very rude. The front desk male was just so condescending and rude to me. I checked in while my husband waited in the car. After telling my husband how rude the front desk guy was he almost got down to speak with him but I was so tired from our trip that I just let it go. I highly recommend that they train this person in his customer service skills or that he is let go because he is making your company look really bad. I had never had an experience like this at any other hotel and I travel a lot. "
