"Great location to railway station and public transport. Easy to catch trams into Marktplatz etc. Safe area. Good variety of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. Our double or twin rooms are small, bathroom a good size. Bathroom has the all in one wash liquid soap/hair Shampoo. Lovely lounge reception area, cosy."

"Our stay at Régent Contades was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of Strasbourg’s city center, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful surprise and made our visit even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Room service was prompt and outstanding, and we appreciated that ice was always readily available whenever we needed it. The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious and became one of our favorite treats during our stay. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction reflected their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience. We highly recommend Régent Contades to anyone visiting Strasbourg. "Nice hostel in the center. Close to everywhere. Nice staff. Beds are comfortable and have privacy curtains. There is a nice bar of hostel with live music. Just the shower is a bit tricky, you press to button and water floods for 1 minute then you have to press again. Military style :) but water is really hot, it needs to be fixed"

"This is not a hotel... it's more like a weekly or monthly residence. Beautifully situated, clean and big sized room/kitchen. BUT -- there is no one on site or even on the phone. Registering is done all online. We had trouble with our door code and a resident had to help us. And one of the nights -- we almost got locked out of our room from the completely the keyless entry. Great place for a family stay."
