"We had a wonderful stay and the staff is very accommodating. My father-in-law has trouble going up and down steps and they gave him a room that required quite a few steps to get to. The elevators only take you to certain rooms. After the first night, they were able to find us a room with elevator access and no steps at all. Hotel is really lovely and the staff is great."
