"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down with not much variety or fresh tasting food and the cups did not look clean. Overall, if I ever come back to Amsterdam, the likelihood of me returning to this hotel is next to zero. "

"The staff were amazing and so lovely. They were even nice enough to provide 2 free drinks due it being my birthday!! The room was nice and the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station."

"The accommodation is good with optimal air conditioning, and always clean. Limited to pizza for evening meals and that was disappointing given it’s not close to restaurants and you would have to go into the city centre. Otherwise all the staff are lovely and very helpful."

"Bad first impression. We arrived before check-in, which was fine, but the hotel could not store our bags because the luggage room was full and gave no useful alternative. The public bathroom also had no toilet paper in either toilet. When we came back later, reception was empty and we had to wait 25 minutes for anyone to show up while a frustrated queue formed. The room itself was clean and reasonably large, but very basic, with limited amenities. The bathroom was extremely small, and the graffiti-style decor may not be to everyone’s taste."

"Location of the hotel is a bit far to the central but it is close to the tram and bus station which takes 30 minutes to the central. The staff was really kind and helpful. I didn't have any issues with my stay overall. But I have found the cleaning insufficient. The sheets weren't changed during cleaning. "

"Terrible customer service. Rooms were dirty. Broken shower door, leaking shower head. No room to hang clothes. Skip this place and go somewhere else. "
