She made excellent recommendations for us to see Brugge in a non-touristy way, and was so genuine and sweet to us. "The layout of the hotel is odd because it's shared with a restaurant annd access is through a dark and narrow alley. There is no one on duty 24/7 so don't expect a rescue in an emergency such as accidentally locking yourself out of your room or the hotel after hours. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Good value for money considering the very central location."

"Loved our stay. We stayed 7 nights which is apparently a long stay for Bruges, but we loved every day of it. Every morning there was a 3 course breakfast that was excellent and tasty as well as slightly different each day and added great value for money in our stay. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness just because you could see dust behind the bed in areas that you wouldn't always look and the shower drain was very slow. We had the 2 bedroom suite and were not aware that to access the kid...

"The accommodation was more of a B&B with convenient location and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast in the dining area was nice with some locally sourced ingredients and the hosts were helpful giving us tips what to see, offering us to use the kitchen fridge if we needed it etc. We used the Park and Ride car park in the city which has a free regular bus to the centre and the car park itself is well priced. Brot, Brötchen, süße Teilchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Rührei, Speck, Gekochtes Ei, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee und Saft. "The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"We have stayed here before and lives our stay both times. The only problem was finding parking last time, but it was solved during this visit. You can pay for cheap parking during check-in. "

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "
