โIt was close to everything. You could park and walk to where you. Resend to go. Plenty of food options around. The faculty was clean , the decorations were cute giving island vibes in the mountains ! The staff was nice and friendly โ
โMy husband and I loved the river that ran alongside the property. The ducks, geese and pigeons were abundant and eager to greet any guest that came out. The riverfront view from our 3rd floor room was spectacular. The large porch-like dining area was a nice experience while enjoying the abundant breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again if we happened along this way again.โ
โEveryone was very nice and the facility was extremely clean. The only bad thing I would have to say would be the pillows are not firm. I would stay there again and recommend other people to do so as well. โ

โI traveled with my elderly mother and my sister. The parking was great for us as we were able to park right in front of our room, made it very easy to load/unload the luggage. Our room was nice, it was clean, beds were comfortable. I loved the little creek/river in the back of the property with benches to sit and watch. Walking distance to many things... we walked across the street to the Biblical Times and next door is the Christmas Village. Enjoyed our stay. โ
โItโs as advertised my location is good views are of the smokies are solid your next to food and shopping options and the hotel is good god the price my only complaint is that the WIFI is bad other than that staff is and service is great.โ
โThis hotel is a great location! Just off the island so traffic isnโt bad when going to do other things out of town, but close enough itโs a quick walk or drive down the island and the strip! Very quite property, we did a lot of hiking and Smokey Mountain sight seeing and were able to get peaceful sleep every night! โ
โEverything was perfect from the greeter at the desk to the comfortable, roomy room to the delicious breakfast selections and the lovely evening outdoor fireplace. We think it is our choice from now on in Pigeon Forge!โ
โSo much to do youโd never have to leave! Awesome indoor and outdoor water park to keep kids entertained for hours! Tons of other activities for kids and a pool party in the afternoons with music, beach balls and free snow cones! 100% recommend! Only thing I would change would be warmer water in indoor pool. โ
โExcellent place to stay! Very clean & easy to find, right on the strip & close to many places to eat. You could walk there faster than driving bc of the traffic. The kids loved the pool! โ
