โI checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. โEvery member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere).
