객실 욕조는 깨끗하지 않아보였어요. 갈색으로 변색이 되어 있는 부분이 있어서 사용하고싶지 않아 사용하지 않았고요. 수영장은 보니까 이용하기에 굉장히 협소해서 모양만 있는 형식이에요. 식탁이 없어 밥먹기 불편했어요. 건물에 들어서자마자 습한 공기와 정리되지 않은 1층은 별로 좋아보이지 않았습니다. 소파는 등받이 쿠션이 그냥 에어쿠션이라 불편했어요.
