"An old building with character. Excellent location next to the railway station. Room was perfectly sufficient to meet the needs for my solo stay. Unusual to have the Continental breakfast left in your hotel room fridge each day, but I was happy with this arrangement. I would stay there again."

"Had an amazing stay in an amazing place. Staff were great and food was exceptional. The only thing to consider is with it being a very old building the walls are thin and can hear the next room as if they are in your own. I will definitely be back though."

"This was a 1-night stay for work. I would not normally stay in hotels at service areas, but this has pleasantly surprised me. The room (139) was on the ground floor and was spacious. Shower and toilet were separate from the basin, which did not bother me. TV and WiFi was good. Bed was comfortable, pillows could have been firmer (personal choice). Shower was okay. There was a large desk area to work at. Value wise it was great for the money. As it was in the service area there were a large number of choices of places to eat at, as well as food being served in the hotel."
