“Overall the stay was a bit disappointing. All the computers were down on the day of Check-in (Friday July 31 2026) so it was a VERY long wait to get into my two already reserved, pre-paid for rooms. Staff seemed mostly unbothered & wasn’t really talking much to the guests waiting, which was a bit frustrating. I have to mention that the lobby area was extremely hot & didn’t seem to have much AC going, which made it all more miserable. I assume the computer system starting working again later that...
