My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. After being told by the owner at check-in that I wouldn’t need to change rooms, I was later left a nasty message demanding I switch rooms mid-stay. When I explained I was attending a conference, I was threatened over text with police involvement or eviction if I didn’t comply immediately. The desk staff even went so far as to say the owner “doesn’t know anything” and blamed her.
Beyond the poor treatment, the hotel itself is run down. Lights in the room didn’t work properly, parking is very limited and on a steep slope (another guest’s car was even scratched), and the building feels old and poorly maintained. There are too many stairs, and you can hear a lot of noise from other guests and the pool area.
This property feels more like a cheap hourly-stay motel than a place suited for families or couples. Definitely not recommended.
