"We stayed for two nights and overall had a positive experience. It has a mix of rustic and modern decor, and our room in the lodge had recently been renovated. It had easy access to the lounge and restaurant, which was convenient. It also had a nice view and I especially liked the “Bee Kind” brand bath products. It was peaceful and we hardly heard our neighbours. The heated outdoor pool was fun. We had a typical pub dinner and breakfast at the restaurant with lovely views. We also had a couple of delicious cocktails in the lounge each night and enjoyed chatting with Patrick the friendly and knowledgeable mixologist."
