Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. En revanche quand une famille demande un lit bébé c'est qu'elle en a besoin. On nous a proposé un simple matelas ce qui n'est pas possible avec notre fille de 18 mois. Pour une nuit de sommeil on repassera. Dommage, le reste était plutôt correct. "
