Standard of the accommodation was very good. Amenities were more than adequate Out contact person, Mahmoud was obliging and a real gentleman. He helped us with our luggage, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get a taxi We enjoyed our stay immendly "

"The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. "

"En general bien pero cuando llegué tuve problemas para contactar al encargado ya que no cuenta con recepción los teléfonos que me dieron no contestaban gracias a la persona encargada del edificio pude localizar al que administra el departamento deberían poner más atención a eso"

"L’appartamento è vecchio e mal tenuto..ante armadi tenute insieme per miracolo, sporco e vecchio. Il vero problema è che sono truffatori. Appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto 250 euro di deposito..nelle condizioni c’era solo scritto 100 diram come visibile da screen shot. Alla fine mi hanno dato indietro 100 euro e i ladri si sono tenuti 150 euro per pulizia, tenete conto che io come da policy avevo persino raccolto in un grande sacchetto tutta l’immondizia prodotta.
