We were in town for a funeral. We asked for a late checkout and there was no problem with that. We left in a hurry when we checked out and left three items in the room. While we were down the road we realized it, called the hotel, and the front desk clerk said they had the bag in lost and found. We returned and picked it up. Thank you!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a very good experience. However the couch was missing in the room and the empty space looked awkward, as well as the towel hook and other mechanical items were either missing or broken.

The room was clean. The main reason we stay at this chain is because they are pet free. The rooms are clean and smell good. Most hotels we have stayed at in the past have animal odors in the rooms. Holiday Inn Express will always have our business as long as they remain pet free!

The room was nice and clean and the mattress was so comfy! The breakfast spread had a lot of options and the coffee was available all day. The only downside was that the room didn’t have any light blocking curtains so we were up with the sun. Otherwise, would recommend.

Everything was excellent. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for staff is because I requested late checkout, and the next morning when I double checked (fortunately!), it was not noted. It all worked out; the morning staff was able to grant late checkout.
