⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay From Start to Finish
I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help.
The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a positive note.
The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to key attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. I also loved the hotel’s attention to detail, from the stylish décor to the calm, welcoming ambiance throughout the building.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely excellent service.

"Lovely hotel and so handy for the station opposite. I had a nice quiet room and I was delighted to have a bath as well as a shower. The decor was slightly dated but none the worse for that and I had everything I needed including plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful"

"All staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard."
