"Check in was a bit difficult as the receptionist was confused with the English name. The location was optimal and close to the metro and the main streets. The room I reserved was non smoking, but my neighbors were all smoking so the smoke seeped into my room. The noise level was also very loud. The bathroom was acceptable. Overall, would recommend for the price but not for a mediocre experience."

"Decent location for taxis and buses. Easy to get around town to tourist attractions. The staff don't speak English so bring a good dictionary and your patience. They have a restaurant, but no English on the menu. I asked for chicken and they gave me pork twice. Big bed, good security. My shower head was broken. Nice TV, good A/C. Room was cleaned every day. They offer tours, but make sure you know exactly what you're getting and haggle on the price."

"Used this hotel for a layover (16 hour) and did not know it was 35 Km from/to airport. Limited (sometimes none English speakers) Staff made every effort to make your stay work. Area is semi industrial/wholesale area. Everyone I meet was nice. Loads of small shops."

"A fairly basic hotel and a little tricky to find given that the name of the hotel is not the name under which it was booked. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and fairly spacious. Nanning is having a subway constructed so there are lots of road works and it is difficult to get around the area near the hotel. That said access to the new train station was good."
