“A generally fine stay with some real positives: the staff were lovely, the room had good facilities, the bed was very comfortable once I remade it, and the view across the park was great. It was also quiet, and the air‑con made it easy to get the temperature right. Good breakfast plenty of choices, I requested veggie/vegan sausage and it was we're freshly cooked for me. Unlimited teas and coffee available during the stay. Would definitely stay again. ”

Only minor downsides were the public area especially the lobby were boiling and the staff used the fire exit near the stairs to smoke outside of and propped the door open so the stairwell stunk of cigarettes.”

“I've stayed at this hotel a few times and always loved it but I was disappointed this time! Room thermostat didn't work + sink blocked. No-one came to change towels, empty bins etc. Breakfast was terrible on first morning - no cups, plates, cutlery, juice or some food items! Everyone was waiting for ages! Scrambled egg wasn't nice! Has put me off returning in the future!”
