"Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were so attentive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Room was great, very spacious, high standard and great amenities. For the price it was spot on, couldn’t fault a thing. Great location, right on the seafront. The bar was reasonably priced, considering the type of hotel. Would recommend and would return again. "I stayed in the room with a city view and it was excellent, a lot of space, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, the white robes and white slippers are always creating an luxurious feel. Amazing selection of tea, coffee, water and milk in the mini fridge in the room. Will stay again next time I am in Windsor."

"Good stay, nice new room and quiet on 6th floor room round back. Comfortable rooms. Room slightly on the small side. Could check in early, dinner service a little chaotic - teething problems probably as the hotel looks very new. Would stay again."
