"Hotel location, staff and facilities/amenities (lobby, bar, pools, gym etc...) are 4-star as expected....food quality and room are 3-star and could use an investment upgrade to match the hotel's 4-star rating....food quality was inconsistent across all three restaurants and the rooms definitely look dated and in need of modernization/refurbishment.We enjoyed our stay but opportunities certainly abound to minimally meet - or maximally exceed - customer expectations going forward. :)"

"The area was great - near beach and restaurants the hotel was old and worn - room was dirty - but sheets were clean - resort fee was 34.00 per person - no idea what that fee was for - pools were small and area by pool was very worn and old "

"Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return. "

"Airport shuttle was a bit of a joke. It only runs every hour and fills ups. My flight also came in late so it was after shuttle hours anyway. Staff wasn't the friendliest on the phone when I called to ask them about the shuttle hours. It was fine for the price and honestly what I expected."

"The overall stay was pleasant and the property was clean and well maintained. The pool staff was awesome but the pool itself was too cold to swim in and the pool bar ran out of many items on the busy weekend. This was a bummer as this is the main thing to do at the resort for families. Overall a nice place to stay but these things put s bit of a damper on our spring break get away. Lots of places to eat- this place could be awesome if they worked out a few kinks."

"I will not be returning to this hotel. The front desk was often only staffed with one person, and they acted as if my questions were a burden. I'll pay a little more in the future for better service, friendlier staff and a nicer property."
