"We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand America Hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, pristine, and undeniably luxurious. Every detail, from the grand chandeliers to the beautifully maintained grounds, reflects a level of sophistication that is rare to find. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with spectacular views of both the mountains and the city skyline. Waking up to that view each morning made the experience even more special. The amenities are equally impressive — high-end, beautifully maintained, and perfectly curated to create a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The restaurant and café were exceptional; everything we tried was delicious, and the ambiance elevated each meal into an experience rather than just dining. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the United States. It added such a memorable touch to our trip and made it feel extra special. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salt Lake City."

"My room was spacious, very clean, and strangely enough so quiet (if you have your window closed you don’t hear anything despite being on a busy street-Temple Ave.). The staff was so nice and corteous. My only critique is that the exterior of the building could be improved."
