"Thermae2000 is a known for its spa and great pools. These were fantastic. The hotel however, was not great at all. Staff was very rude and people at the reception hardly knew their job. We had to come over for every small miscommunication and this happened very often. Things also weren’t properly explained to us, and navigating the building was a hassle because of the lack of routing. Communication about restaurants was also very unclear.
