“Le personnel est très gentil et présent. Plusieurs choses étaient fournis à boire et manger. On a beaucoup sauvé sur l’achat de bouteilles d’eau parce que c’était à volonté à l’hôtel. Très propre et tranquille on a bien dormi.”
"Booked that place to see the city view but it was a construction view right in front of the hotel. Felt uncomfortable to look at men working on the construction every morning.

Checked in. Our lock was broken, our phone was broken as well. Had to move another room.

There was no lobby space for the hotel guests
Always cafe customers who booked for the table in advance for the restaurant or cafe. No table at least not a single chair for the hotel guest. Really unpleasant experience.
We booked 2 hotels in our London trip each hotel for 5 days.
