"The Sea Containers exceeded my expectations. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The lobby area and bar and restaurants were all beautiful and delicious. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"Everything was great, except May 4 my birthday. I was coming from a 12 hour tour and the manager and security guy harassed me. The manager kept looking at me even I had my card key in my hand. I went to the room to change cause I was tired but I was hungry. I went back to the room cause I forgot my glasses and the security guy asked me for my key card, but he just asked me when there was other people coming. I felt embarrassed.
