“Traditional type b&b , close to sea front, and shops, breakfast was good , usual food , served hot breakfast, nice view from our room gardens and trees , on our level sheets and fresh bedding piled up in hall way but was ok , lift is small and old fashioned with pull across metal inner gate and heavy outer door, but was working great .
Our bathroom had been updated and had walk-in shower, bedroom a little dated but suited house”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. Delicious dinner down stairs, and lucky for us on our night, a live singer providing a musical background atmosphere. She was lovely, and just the thing to elevate the evening to next level.”

“**Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest**
We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\.
On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...
