โThe only thing I could complain about was the sound coming from the nearby highway. But I just lowered my room temperature and put the ac/ unit on all night to mask the sound from the highway. My bed was a welcome relief, I didn't want to get up it was sooooo comfortable ๐. Staff was very professional and friendly. If I'm ever back in this area, this hotel is where I'm staying!!โ
โI liked the easy check-in. We had good parking. Room was a bit dated but was clean and comfy. Shower head needs replaced as it was mostly stopped up.โ
โSwimming pool a little too cold for me, but my mom, though cold, didnโt stop her from getting her laps in. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/ whirlpool!! Our queen beds were very comfortable!! The only suggestion is to have a little more outdoor space and seating for conversation. We were in town for a funeral with extended family. We didnโt want to be cooped up on a beautiful day and had nowhere else to go, so we sat outside which quickly filled up with other guests.โ

โWe were involved in a car accident while we were there and they were so accommodating(Adding 2 days to the booking) so that we could get things together before we left for home without any problems! We had extended family with us and they never said a word when they stayed in our suite while I was in the hospital! It was so appreciated!โ
