"No hot water and wasn’t informed until after I arrived, no discount on room. Asked us if we wanted money to the bar but it smelled really bad in the lobby so we didn’t even use it. Sink randomly "

"Easy parking with security cameras. The breakfast area at 8.30 was packed, no place to seat, as well no food was left. Nothing like hot meal provided. Very poor limited choice. Beds were clean. Bathroom need a serious update, faucets, shower head, all looks very tired. "

"Generally clean and renovated but moldy grout and caulk in shower area. Breakfast offering was terrible. Wifi signal was excellent. Parking lot was nice, bright and secure. Staff could’ve been more friendly and cheerful."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I stayed here for four nights. On the first night, we found blood on our wall. We went to the front desk who offered to clean it, but we said that we would do it ourselves. On the second night, we found ants by the microwave and coffee machine, just a bunch of little baby ants, crawling all on the walls. At this point, we asked to switch rooms. They switched our room for the third night and that next morning my wife found a baby roach in the bathroom. At this point we were too fed up with everything to complain AGAIN. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express’ that were very nice and clean so I was very surprised at this. We did speak to the manager who gave us some IHG points for our troubles which we appreciate but overall our experience was not what we hoped for. The area/location is very nice though with lots of restaurants nearby, that was the best part of this stay."
