"The bed had a dip in it, was very low to the ground and I had to double up the cover to sleep on to make the bed a little softer. The blanket in the closet was not really a blanket, but another cover that would not have been comfortable to use for a blanket. Check out took a little too long, but the service person did figure out the issue. "

"This Best Western hotel had a very good location for us. It was very nice - the staff was great and the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was clean, shower water nice and hot; the breakfast provided was very good. My only complaint was, our room was to the front of the building, ground floor - our curtains (only one set of curtains) did not completely cover the outer edges of the window and consequently, we had light shining in our room ALL NIGHT. I did find it difficult to sleep. "

"No elevator!! Put us on 2nd floor. Both of us with disabilities. Hotels.com property details said it has elevator. I notified front desk and told them to have hotels.com correct their info. Also, no ramp to sidewalk at side door. Bumble bees swarming front entrance and sidewalk area around edge of roof. Told front desk. Room was a bit musty. Several window screens falling out on the building. Shower curtain rod in our room was loose, tips down so curtain wouldn't stay pulled across. Dirty...
