“This hotel was great! The self check-in made getting to our room super easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Convenient location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main street. Not to mention the interesting history of the building itself. We loved it!”

“I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”

Our room was on the second floor and had a lovely balcony with a small table and two chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out there and looking at the river, bridge and downtown. “The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The property was near a good burger place and there wasn't much through traffic at the property. The AC worked but didn't seem like it cooled the room off fast. It wasn't hot but it didn't get cold. Indiana Caverns was a short distance away and it's worth going to if you like caves. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”
