“Lightly staffed. The coffee area was closed off for cleaning in mid-morning. Doesn’t seem efficiently run. Good location for walking distance to Hayden Amp so it has that going for it.”

“The rooms are out dated. The sheets were not clean and neither was the bathroom. There is a bar behind the hotel that plays music until after midnight. The room was overpriced.”

“The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, I love the view of the Sister Mountains from the rooftop restaurant,m. They have “Back Porch” hot coffee in the morning. It is a beautiful quaint hotel. I love the Terra kitchen connected to it. We rented that restaurant last fall for a rehearsal dinner for our sons wedding and it was a night to remember. The food is excellent. It is a charming and wonderful place to stay.”

“No coffee pot in room was inconvenient. The tv kept flipping to no connection when the volume button was used twice. Staff member had to come to room and reset HDMI. I expected clean towels, garbage removed since we were staying two nights but there was no service for that at all. Check in and check out was simple. Since reserved via Expedia, no receipt was possible. I have stayed here a couple of times and would again simply because the rate was decent, room was clean and basic. No table even...

“The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.”
