“My husband and I have stayed here for the past 3 years when we visit Kittery. We love the little balconies and the convenience of having a kitchen. There is always plenty to choose from for breakfast. Kittery Inn and Suites is also centrally located with easy access to Portland, NH. It is also a very peaceful place. The pool is awesome too.”

“I booked this hotel based on its high ratings, so I was surprised by my experience. I'm not sure how this property has an 8/10 rating. The hotel felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The shower drained very slowly, the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to it. I stayed for a few days while visiting the area. “Well-maintained facility by the hard-working family that runs the Putney Inn. Rooms were clean and quiet. They accommodated a very late check-in without complaint. Great value for money. Only reason it's not a 4 star is that there is some normal wear and tear on the property. But overall I highly recommend it.”

“Good place near the beach, owners are constantly upgrading the premises, parking is a bit tight at times. Overall a very good place to spend a few nights.”

“Dirty sheets, torn up towels, and the faucet handle came off. I went downstairs to let them know and she looked at me and told me “well put it back on“ I told her I tried, but the water doesn’t come on. We changed rooms and she asked me to go down and pick up the key and return the other key. Staff uniform were dirty and stained. Parking was sketchy A guest asked if someone was siphoning gas because she was low on fuel and put gas the day before.”

“Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool”
