The Lodge at Jackson Hole

"Cosy hotel a bit far out. Shuttle bus to town is excellent with a very nice driver. Reception staff not very friendly, couldn’t find my reservation and didn’t even apologise . Jacuzzi was full of sand, but the pool is nice. Sauna was switched on but not hot at all. The room was spacious but not clean ( hair in the bathroom. )"

"The room was clean, the staff helpful with food recommendations nearby and anything we needed. The view of the mountains from our room was great and the continental breakfast was a huge plus each day before heading out and the NP was only a short drive away. The only downside was the large windows don't give much privacy as its a motel style and so keeping them open to allow for the view/natural light into the room lets everyone see into the room."

"I’ve booked too many hotels that were much less than the photos showed and amenities that weren’t available. Everything described for this property was accurate, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet for sleeping. The pool, hot tubs and fire pit and views are all top tier. I can’t imagine anyone being anything but very happy after a stay."

"We stayed at the property a couple days while touring Grand Tetons. Our room was in one of the 2 story buildings and was clean and comfortable. The room was very much decorated in the old lodge look. Our only "complaint" was that the AC unit was very touchy and didn't always work as it should. The resort itself was nice and we enjoyed the courtyard, fire pits and Smores.."
