"Clean room, off street parking, close to the shops and on the beach front"

"Hotel was a good base, friendly staff and cleaners. Room was a good size with ironing facilities and coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits usually per day ( did have to go to reception a few times as hadnt been left enough). Pool area was clean and quiet, there had been a canopy allowing shade but this was blown down in a storm. My big problem was I had a bill at the end of my stay (was there from 30.01.24 to 28.02.24). I had been under the impression that I had booked bed and breakfast I went to...

"Just a great place to stay & Eat ..was great..close to beach , shops .. the rooms were up to date, the cleanliness was excellent, the resturant & food & service 👌"

"Staff were great. Discount at the bistro was handy. Bathroom was modern. Bed was comfortable. Room and bed were too hot to sleep comfortably at night, even with the (noisy) air conditioner running all night."

"This was a perfect place to stay for a family city break. Two bedroom apartment worked well. Could even see the harbour from our room. Two minute walk to the train station and supermarket or restaurants. Five minute walk to Brighton Beach. "

"renovations being done- that was okay as that was away from our room . But our room had been recently renovated but there was still a mess on the stairs near us and the walkways nearby. There was no mention of renovations on the website-they should be highlighted for potential customers . The room was very small also. We dined at their restaurant and the food was excellent with very good service."
