The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a full day out. "Wonderful hotel and staff. The breakfast each morning was hearty and healthy. Short walk to the shuttle bus to the Matterhorn Paradise Gondola and all the activities in Zermatt. Would stay here again!"

"Excellent stay, staff were really friendly and the hotel is in great location for the train station and the free ski bus. Good continental breakfast selection with some hot food too. Free tea and cake each day from 16:00 for 90 minutes which is a nice touch after a day on the pistes. Room standard was excellent along with the ski equipment storage. Theres a nice Sauna / Steam room that’s free to use! For the star rating this hotel is excellent!"
