โThis was such a cute place. The walls are a little thin and we could hear people walking down the hallway in the evening, but we would stay here again. I really loved the vibe! The whole property is clean and cozy. The staff was great. โ
โI was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. โ
โWe had a great stay. The place was clean, with a wonderful view of the river, and the customer service was excellent. The price was reasonable too! โ
โStaff was very nice. I was allowed a early check in which was helpful. Someone was always at front desk to help. My friend lost her key and security was very prompt on showing up to let her into her room. โ
โSo thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I donโt think weโve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. โ
