“The hotel smells like cigarette, especially the hallways. Our initial room was awful, we had to request to change room. The fact that the lady knew about this was shocking.. so she tried to place me in a room with smoking smell, if I complain then they will change me?? The furnitures are quite old and faulty. Like the tv and setup box, not even connected properly. Noise is another issue, the heater when turned on, it sounds like a v8 engine.”

“The room itself and the breakfast included was pretty good. Just was not pleased that it is under a huge renovation and not once is this mentioned in their listing, even on a temporary basis.”

“The bed mattress was quite tired (lumpy and sagged in middle) but the rest of the room and hotel was good. Could impact my decisions re stays in the future though, as sleep quality is a big decision making factor.”
