“Enjoyed our stay in the modern spacious room with comfortable King bed. Many nice places to eat within 5min walk. DeVos Place about 15min walk. Recommend check-in and offload luggage at main hotel entrance ... then park your vehicle. Note that Parking structure is around the block (behind hotel and not connected), the hotel will charge parking to your room (providing you check-in first). Breakfast not included, but hotel has decent restaurant.”

“Conveniently located in downtown GR. Walking distance to music venues and restaurants.”

“Self parking is next door. Little space in front of hotel to check in. No obvious valet parking.”

“It was within walking distance to many restaurants and breweries and the hotel also has a shuttle. Our room was clean, the staff was nice. It was not a quiet room — there was road construction nearby which can’t be helped, but I could also hear an alarm in a nearby room.”

“Helpful staff, very friendly. Cool club on Friday night. Walkable. Overall very good.”

“Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids. Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies! Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc. Nice...

“No wash cloths or water bottles.”

“I recommend vis”

“Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.”
