"This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever had. Everything looked new and well cared for. The room was large, and had a great desk with a good sturdy chair. The internet was fast. The breakfast was great; scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes. sausages, cereal, fruit, juices and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking. Plus it was pretty close to Silver Dollar City. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson
2/10 Terrible
"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed.
We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first time, so we had to wait again for security to come back with another set. We ended up making the bed ourselves with absolutely no assistance from the staff.
As if that wasn’t enough, water then started leaking from the ceiling through the ceiling fan. Only after we reported the leak did the front desk suddenly manage to “find” another room for us, despite previously telling us several times that nothing was available. This is all after multiple phone calls and being brushed off by the front desk. The lady at the front was very passive aggressive with no compassion to the situation. She told us that it is what it is basically.
Overall, the condition of the hotel, the lack of cleanliness, and especially the way the situation was handled by staff made this a very frustrating experience. This all lasted from 11pm till 1:30am until we finally were able to lay down after a long drive. We will not stay here again."
"Everything you need is right there on the property. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice. We bought their package that included a room, 2 shows, 2 mini golf games, go-karts, gift cards, and waterpark access.
The shows were entertaining enough, but all my kids could think of was going to play at the Fun Spot arcade or going swimming at the water park. It was too cold at the time to swim outside (although the small inn-pools were open). So, the outdoor section of the waterpark was closed but the inside area is more than enough in my opinion. The only issue was the water was a little cold and the chlorine seemed high on some days to the point where you could notice it a bit. The staff around the resort were all great, and I'd definitely stay there again during another season."

"Beautiful Hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Paid for an upgrade for breakfast and was told by the hotel that they do not have breakfast. Gonna ask for a refund on that."
